School Improvement Team

With the goal to build capacity and establish a school led model, we have developed a strong School Improvement Team comprising of a Finance lead, HR lead, Inclusion lead and Teaching & Learning lead. Each with clear roles and responsibilities led by the Executive Principal to ensure school improvement across all academies.

The wide range of experience and skills held by the team, allow it to be in a strong position to support the growth of the Trust as required.
